We’ve been awarded an , named among 25 schools across the country that went above and beyond to support staff through 2020, with special mention of our Headmaster Ross Featherston who personally called staff to check on their welfare

This is an award we’re particularly proud of. It’s a nice validation for something we’ve known for a while, that BGS isn’t just a great place to be for boys, but it’s a great place to work too. 

The award recognises the fantastic work of the for it’s continuing focus on staff development and leading Instructional Coaching program, and also the compassionate leadership of the school executive and that of the Headmaster for their commitment on staff wellbeing.  

The award follows our excellence awards this year for Student Wellbeing and Professional Learning programs.
